White Rice
The Thai long grain white rice that has been milled to remove the husk, bran and germ and is polished to have shiny white color.
- White rice 100% – No mixed with broken rice
- White Rice 5% – mixed with 5% of broken rice.
- White Rice 15% – mixed with 15% of broken rice.
- White Rice 25% – mixed with 25% of broken rice.
- Broken Rice 100%
Polished rice / Converted rice.
The Thai long grain white rice with partially boiled in the husk and dehydration. The process can kept the rice nutrition but the color will be soft yellow or brown.
